Proud to continue our partnership with Freehold Township Little League for another winter.

This will mark the fourth year Galya Athletics has hosted FTLL’s Winter All Skills Clinic and the second consecutive year the program will be held at LAUNCH.

This January, FTLL athletes will return to LAUNCH as we continue to strengthen our partnership and explore new ways to support the league, its players, coaches, and families.

Thank you to the Freehold Township Little League leadership for the continued trust. We’re extremely grateful for the relationship we’ve built over the last four years and look forward to another great offseason together. 🚀

Sam Delaplane is back at LAUNCH. 🚀

LAUNCH welcomes back our Pitching Director, Sam Delaplane, for the fall & winter following his first season in professional coaching as Pitching Coach for the Inland Empire 66ers, Single-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners.

A few highlights from Sam and the 66ers pitching staff this season:

• #1 in Minor League Baseball in 0-0 strike % and #4 across all of professional baseball, trailing only the Major League pitching staffs of the Seattle Mariners, Tampa Bay Rays and Milwaukee Brewers.

• #4 in Minor League Baseball in fewest walks and #7 across all of professional baseball.

• #2 in Minor League Baseball in K/BB and 10th across all of professional baseball.

We’re grateful to have Sam back at LAUNCH this fall & winter, bringing another season of professional coaching experience and player development directly to our athletes. 🚀

Proud to continue our partnership with Sayre Woods South Baseball League for a second consecutive winter.

This January, SWSBL athletes will return to LAUNCH for our Winter All Skills Clinic as we continue to strengthen our partnership and explore new ways to support the league, its players, coaches, and families.

Thank you to the SWSBL leadership for the continued trust. We’re looking forward to another great offseason together. 🚀

A productive summer of development for CJ Wisniewski.

CJ came into LAUNCH this summer and established a baseline through our hitting evaluation. From there, the focus was on getting him more on time with his turn, leveling out his swing, and improving the quality of contact.

By final testing, the changes showed up across his TrackMan metrics:

• Avg. Exit Velo: 88.3 → 95.7 MPH
• Max Exit Velo: 97 → 103 MPH
• Hard Hit %: 48.6% → 90.1%
• Avg. Launch Angle: 19.8° → 13.8°
• Max Distance: 343.4 → 381.5 FT

CJ made meaningful adjustments throughout the summer and finished in a much different place than where he started.

It’ll be exciting watching CJ this year at NJIT and seeing where the work takes him. Looking forward to having him back in this winter. 🚀

Monday is High School Performance Retest Day at LAUNCH.

Our athletes will complete movement + ROM screening and TrackMan hitting evaluations as we update their metrics and continue building their individual development plans.

We’ll also be joined by NJ Sports Spine & Wellness, Marucci, Victus and Eat Clean Bro.

We’ve opened 6 guest evaluation spots for high school hitters outside of LAUNCH.

Guest arrival times:
6:30 PM | 6:50 PM | 7:10 PM | 7:30 PM | 7:50 PM

Pitching retests will take place throughout the week. Please reach out if you’re interested in a pitching evaluation, as Monday’s retesting is hitting only.

The End of Summer Accelerator | Baseball Pitching & Hitting | Starts August 18.

Six focused sessions built around hitting and pitching with Coach Greg Bender and Coach Tyler Dearden.

Each session builds on the last, with a review at the start of every session so athletes can attend the full Accelerator or join for individual dates.

Checking in with Joey Pignatelli after wrapping up his high school career at Colts Neck.

Joey talks about finding his groove during the season, the mentality that helped him stay consistent, and the impact of being around the coaching staff every day.

Next stop: SUNY Brockport.

Joey’s goals are set high: compete for a starting role from day one, earn All-Conference honors and continue pushing toward the highest level he can reach.
