We will have one class at 9am only on Memorial Day!
And, as tradition would have it, we will be doing Hero WOD, "Murph!"
As prescribed, this is a long, very challenging WOD. This is reasonable for some of you. However, for the biggest majority of people, the workout will need to be modified. Just like any other WOD, we will work with you on the best option for you. Options for scaling are; reducing reps, doing with a partner, and modifying the movements themselves.

Wearing a weight vest (20/14):
1 mile run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 mile run
The pullups, pushups, and squats can be partitioned any way you'd like between the two runs.
Please come to class well hydrated and fueled!
