Hey everyone ~ Here are some important reminders for Sunday.

It will be outside. Feel free to bring your pop up tent, chairs, coolers, and sunscreen.
Bring your jump rope.
Pillage Athletics will be on site selling gear. The Body Fat Dunk Tank will be there also... bring a swimsuit, towel, and cash or check if you'd like to get your body fat tested.
Athlete registration starts at 7:30am. Mandatory athlete and judges meeting at 8am inside of Eatonville Fit.
Bathrooms: One located inside our facility.
Warm up area inside of our gym. Feel free to use any equipment inside to get yourself ready.
WOD 1: “My Pet Rock”
500m Row Buy In
Per Person:
20 Floor Press Rx: 135/95 Scaled: 95/55
20/10 Calorie Ride
10 Burpee Box Ups (20” for everyone)
20 KB Swings with pet rock 70/44 53/35
20 HR Pushups
500m Row Buy Out
13 minute time cap

WOD 2 and 3: “Giddy up and Clean”
5 min AMRAP
First round: 5 cleans (of choice), 1 partner squat
2nd round: 5 cleans, 2 partner squats
3rd round: 5 cleans, 3 partner squats
Continue with pattern, building on number of partner squats
Rules: Must declare clean weight beforehand. Both partners must do at least one round of cleans. Only one partner has to do the squatting of the partner squat. Partner squat must have majority of partner above waist, and reach full squat depth.
Scaled: Goblet squats instead of partner squats with 70/44lb KBs.
Of note... we are a no drop competition -- all weights and barbells must be set down after every lift (no dropping, even from the waist). (Something about our landlord and not wanting to replace holes in his parking lot.... hehe) Thanks!
Scoring:. Two scores. One for total amount of weight moved (weight times reps completed) and one for total partner/goblet squats completed.

Something about underwear, crawling, and patty cake.....

Parking: Please be mindful of the businesses located around us... Subway, Laundromat, and Puerta Vallarta. Parking available across the street from Arrow Lumber, near the park, or Plaza's overflow parking lot in alley across street from Subway.

About the pet rock part of this... you will be standing holding your pet (KB) throughout the whole workout. If at anytime you sent it down or squat down, it is an immediate five Burpee penalty for both of you. One pet between the two of you. Your first critter as a couple. Hehe

Now that we are sold out -- here is one of your WODs!
"Giddy up and Clean"
5 min AMRAP
