Let’s see what our sophomores are up to this summer!⭐️🤗

Breeley- This summer we took a family weekend trip to Traverse City, Michigan. I’ve also been working as a CNA and volunteering with Miracle League!

Kasey- I’ve been staying busy this summer working as a CNA, pitching, hanging out with friends at country concerts, and getting ready to head to Orange Beach AL this weekend!

Kennedy- This summer I have spent a lot of time on the water swimming and fishing!!

Lauren- I’ve been working this summer as a personal care assistant while spending lots of time with family and friends. I recently went to the Noah Kahan concert with my sister!

Chloe- Been coaching an 18u team from my old travel ball organization which led me to travel to Kansas City, Colorado, and Tennessee!! And spend time with family as much as I can!

Jane- This summer I have been working at a garden center and a popsicle place! I have also been traveling lots and spending quality time with friends and family!

Marlee- This summer I’ve been working, playing softball, traveling, and hanging out with friends! I’ve been doing lots of hikes, and also recently went on a roadtrip and to a concert with some of my teammates!

Emily- This summer, I have gone to a few country concerts, played pickleball, and spent lots of time with my friends! I have also been working at a summer camp for individuals who have disabilities!

Hope- This summer I’ve been playing softball, working at a marina, and most recently took a trip up north in the UP with my family and my friends!

To kick off the month of August, our Blugolds will tell you about some of their favorite spots in Eau Claire!

Favorite weekend activity🤸🏻‍♀️🍩- Norah

One of my favorite fall activities is spending Saturday mornings at the Eau Claire Farmers Market with teammates and friends! From amazing food and fresh treats to unique local vendors, it’s the perfect way to enjoy a fall day in Eau Claire!

Favorite Study Spot📚- Molly

Kahvi Coffee is one of our favorite spots to study and hang out! The atmosphere is amazing, the coffee is great, and it’s the perfect place to meet up with teammates, catch up on schoolwork, or take a break from the busy week.

Favorite coffee shop☕️- Trotts

Eau Claire has some of the best coffee shops around. Whether it’s downtown or on water street, you can always find one. One of the best around is Shift. This bicycle repair and coffee shop makes amazing matchas, coffees and SCONES!! Other top favorites of our student athletes are the Goat on water-street and Phoenix which is downtown!!

Favorite Place to Shop🛍️- Breely

Hello adorn is one of our favorite shops downtown Eau Claire. From the prettiest jewelry to the sweetest atmosphere, makes us loving shopping local!

Favorite Outdoor Spot🏕️- Katie

If you love being outside, Eau Claire has no shortage of beautiful hiking trails. It’s one of our favorite ways to get outside with teammates, enjoy the scenery, and take a break from the busy school week!

Favorite Ice Cream Spot🍦- Norah

A trip to Olson’s is also a must whenever you’re downtown! This is one of my favorite places to grab a sweet treat with my roommates or teammates after practice!

Hey Blugolds! Let’s check in with the junior class and see what they’ve been up to this summer!!

Megan #5 I went to Itasca state park with my boyfriend’s family for a week. We went fishing, golfing, tubing. Very pretty place to go see!

Katie #9 This summer, I’ve been working at old navy most of the time, as well as visiting friends and going on a super fun trip to Colorado!

Maddy #32 This summer I went to a country concert with friends! I’ve also been working as a summer camp counselor for second and third graders!

Bella #8 This is my 5th summer working as a camp counselor! I’ve also been hanging with friends and family while traveling to different places.

Emmy #31 This summer so far i’ve been working a lot as a CNA, but when i’m not doing that i’ve either been on the water or at country festivals with friends!!

Ava 6 This summer I’m staying in town and taking Organic Chemistry while working as a tutor at a learning center! I recently went to Country Jam with my roommate and friends!
