The Ski Striders are the Kickin Kids parent organization, built the Tower Ridge Chalet, Skills park, put on the ski swap with Spring Street Sports and contribute Eau Claire County Ski trails as well as other area trails. Please join and consider helping with one of their family friendly projects.

That's right! The ski swap is back! The event will be on Saturday, November 12, 2022. Equipment can be brought in to sell starting Tuesday, November 1. We do not accept obsolete or broken equipment. No clothing either please.

We'll be posting throughout the next month to remind everyone!

Hello Everyone,

The Overflow Parking Lot (map below) will be Open Monday night so that you can potentially avoid parking on the county road. The Overflow lot is located on your left shortly before you turn into the normal Tower Ridge lot.

Drivers could swing through the normal lot and drop the kids off.

I would encourage parents on skis to park there as it is a short ski back to the chalet. As of right now there is not a walking or snowshoeing trail that I am aware of so you would have to walk on the road.

Kickin Kids is cancelled for tomorrow 1/9.
Windchills are predicted to be at the cancellation temperatures during class. Try to get your kids out on skis this week. The rest of the week looks great.
