The wait is almost over! 🏈 This Saturday, June 6, the Eau Claire Axemen kick off their 2026 home season at The Sonnentag, bringing arena football back to Eau Claire for the first of four exciting home games this summer.

The barbell rack is where strength training can really come to life. 🏋
Using a barbell allows you to perform compound movements like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses—exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once and help build overall strength.
Barbell work is ideal for developing power, improving coordination, and progressing over time by gradually adding weight, and performing it in a rack system provides a safer environment vs. exercising with barbells alone.
💡 TIP: If you’re new, starting with lighter weights or even just the bar (a standard Olympic bar is ~45lbs just on its own) is a great way to learn proper form and build confidence.
