What Does Vortexing Actually Do?
A water vortex recreates the swirling motion of water in nature – churning and aerating it, which:
• Infuses oxygen
• Releases volatile compounds
• Raises pH
• Improves taste
Water wasn't meant to be processed and pushed through miles of straight pipes, it was meant to move organically.
Simply put: The swirling motion gives water a more natural molecular structure that your cells can absorb more efficiently. Think of unstructured water like people crowding through a doorway all at once – structured water gets everyone moving single file, allowing for deeper hydration. The most obvious result? Better mouthfeel and a taste closer to spring water.

Bill Summary
US HR 6593, the Domestic Organic Investment Act of 2025, would create a permanent Domestic Organic Investment Program under the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 to expand and strengthen the U.S. organic supply chain. The bill directs USDA to offer competitive grants to certified organic producers, cooperatives, tribal governments, and related businesses to increase capacity for producing, processing, storing, aggregating, and distributing organic products—especially where imports currently dominate. Grants can support projects like new or expanded storage and processing facilities, cold‑chain and distribution hubs, and equipment upgrades, with awards up to 2 million for larger capacity projects and up to 100,000 for equipment‑only projects, generally requiring a 50 percent or 25 percent non‑federal match respectively, with reduced match or waivers for beginning farmers and veterans. USDA must prioritize projects that address trade imbalances, supply‑chain bottlenecks, or National Organic Standards Board recommendations, with funding authorized for fiscal years 2026–2030 as appropriated by Congress.
