Week 11 of CFP marks our last full week together! 💪
Our trainers have been hard at work completing post-assessment testing, and it’s been incredible to see members start to recognize the results of all the effort they’ve put in throughout the semester. Strength gained, confidence built, and goals achieved—this is what CFP is all about!
The photos below highlight our amazing trainers alongside their dedicated clients who made this journey so rewarding.
As we head into our final week, we’re looking forward to celebrating everyone at our closing ceremony next Wednesday—an opportunity to recognize all the progress, commitment, and relationships built along the way.
Let’s finish strong, CFP!

Week 5 of our Community Fitness Program was an awesome one! 🖐🏻
Our members and trainers got after it in the weight room this week - continuing to make progress toward improving their health, wellness, and overall fitness.
Our Group Exercise Power & Agility class continues to be a big success. Members worked through a variety of exercises focused on strength and coordination. The group continues to bring great intensity each session.
To finish the week, our Rehabilitation Science seniors shared an informative presentation on NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis), highlighting how everyday movement outside of structured exercise can have a big impact on overall health and daily energy expenditure.
Now it’s time for a short break! Our trainers will be off for Spring Break, so the program will pause for a week—but we’ll be back soon and ready to keep the momentum going.🏝️
