Here's the difference:
Semi Private trainings offer structured strength training on the participants level with more attention to individuals needs. It's a safe place - no judgement.
1:1 is great for someone that wants to be challenged, work on correct form, have a plan build especially for them. It’s also great for someone that has limitations, struggles with being in groups, those with muscle imbalances, and those recovery from injury.
