Since I was 10 I've spent almost every birthday in an ice arena - either training, competing, or coaching.
This year was no different, except for being surprised by 40+ skaters & coaches from Little Twigs Hockey School singing Happy Birthday to me🤩
THANK YOU to Coach Joe Krmpotich and his wife Karen for pulling off that surprise, and making this year extra special. There’s no other place I’d rather be on my birthday than on the ice with this crew!
