In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we’re hosting a Women’s Everyday Carry (EDC) Workshop focused on empowerment, preparedness, and practical self-defense.

This workshop is designed to help women build confidence and awareness in their daily lives. We’ll cover:

🔹 Practical self-defense strategies
🔹 Everyday carry essentials for personal safety
🔹 Mindset & decision-making under stress

This is a supportive, no-judgment environment open to all experience levels. Whether you’re just starting or looking to sharpen your skills, this is for you.
