Installed a new air handler with a filter base to allow proper installation of a condensate P-trap.
A condensate P-trap is essential for proper drainage, helping the system remove condensation effectively and preventing water from backing up or collecting in the drain pan. Keeping this component properly installed helps protect the system and prevent potential water damage. 💧❄️ Jorge Cabrera

A customer thought it was their AC leaking it ended up being a waterline leaking. Since we were already there we helped find the leak.

We recently responded to a call for water damage coming through a ceiling. After inspecting the system, we found the cause was an undersized return duct. The restricted airflow was causing condensation water to blow off the drain pan, which led to the ceiling damage.
Once we resized the return to the proper size, airflow improved and the problem was resolved.
