Congratulations to all the players in our organization who earned regular season accolades!

That's a wrap on the 2024 NBHL season.

A few weeks ago, Meltdown played the Pirates in the North Jersey Tier 3 Championship. Although they would lose the series 2-0, it was still a huge accomplishment to make it this far. A huge bounce back season after going 1-0-1-8 last year, this is now Meltdowns 2nd runner up finish in 3 seasons.

Looking to get over the hump next season!

Meltdown moves onto the North Jersey Finals!

Starting a new tradition, the player of the game will be awarded with the radiation bucket and sign it. Ty Vastola earns the first bucket, scoring the golden goal in overtime of game 1 to complete the hat trick!

In game 2, Brian Cawley absolutely shut it down. Stopping multiple chances, penalties, and a late period push, Brian earns his shutout and the bucket to send the boys to the Championship this weekend!

Meltdown returns to the playoffs!

In what was supposed to be a rebuild season for Meltdown, turned into one of their best seasons yet. Starting with new GM, Rohan Ganta, many new additions and maneuvers have shown to pay off big time for this team.

Led by a young offensive core, experienced defense, and a veteran between the pipes, Meltdown is ready to make a big push to the Mylec Cup!

The final gas masks for the 2024 season.

Alex Callons was absolutely locked in for our game vs the Long Island Sound. With our season on the line, the boys forced a shootout where Alex stopped all 4 attempts! A huge 5-4 win keeps the Mutants playoff hopes alive.

Unfortunately, the boys weren't able to finish the job vs LIBHC, but it was still a respectable showing. The mask was handed to Paul Roth for an amazing effort all around. Solid defensively and jumping in on offense throughout the game, Pauly embodied what the Mutant style of hockey is.

Not pictured: Rohan Ganta earned the gas mask in an amazing defensive effort vs the LI Sound. The Mutants only had 3 defensemen and Rohan stepped up big time to fill in.

Matt Halpin would earn the next gas mask in a win vs the NJ North Stars. Scoring the first goal/game winner to break the Mutants losing streak.

Mid Jersey Meltdown opens up their season with a huge win!

Last Saturday, Meltdown faced off against the Lyndhurst Knights with only 6 players. Despite the low attendance, the boys got it done with an 8-0 mercy.

The Gas Mask has never been given out for a loss, but after yesterday's goaltending performance, we simply had no choice.

Our newest signing, Alan Galisewski, made his Tier 1 debut against the Carbiou while only allowing 1 goal! Making a handful of highlight reel saves, expect to see this man in the top plays of the week.

It all starts now…

The Mutants are proud to welcome Alan Galisewski to the squad!

Alan has had previous stints with the South Jersey Sharks and Hamilton Dinos in the tournament circuit and will be tending the pipes alongside Tom Altomare this season in Tier 1 NBHL!

After a long, hard-fought playoff run that saw the Mid Jersey Meltdown fall just short of their championship hopes and a berth in the Mylec Cup, the fellas are back and ready for vengeance.

With lots of new faces in the mix and some old ones returning from last year, the Meltdown are hoping to make their way back to the playoffs with hopes to capture a a finals bid and punch their ticket to the big dance.
