Awareness, judgment, boundaries, and knowing when to leave can matter more than technique.
Preparedness starts early.
Physical ability without restraint is incomplete.
Being capable of acting means little without knowing when not to act.
Self-control defines strength.
Patience is not passive.
It is staying engaged when progress is slower than expected and continuing without immediate reward.
