(Exercise Science) & 5th Degree Black Belt in Okinawan Karate to create Tatsu-kan Dojo (House of Dragon) Martial Arts, a self defense program that combines traditional martial arts training and conditioning with modern methods of kinesiology, exercise science, and practical self defense.
