The Village Police Department and Village Fire Department are facing off this weekend in the Battle of the Badge softball game benefiting Special Olympics Oklahoma. They’re trying to support incredible Special Olympians, like Abby in this photo, who rocks at tennis and track! The game is Saturday, June 29 at 10am at Casady school baseball field. Special Olympics Summer Games kicks off in Stillwater, bringing thousands of athletes together Around 4,700 athletes were in Stillwater, which is 800 more than last summer

Special Olympics to host first state tennis qualifier Special Olympics Oklahoma said athletes have been diligently preparing for this event, "embodying the organization's values of determination, inclusion, and courage."
