Good morning. After inspecting the golf courses today the Agronomy team is expecting us to be set up and ready to shotgun start on time at 9:30AM. We will have skins available for you to get in. Please check in with the golf shop prior to the shotgun start. Entry is $10 per man of $40 for the team. Looking forward to seeing everyone out at the club this morning!

Please find attached the pairings sheet and rules sheet for the event. We encourage everyone to review both documents prior to arrival. As a reminder, if your GHIN Index and your age combined together equal 70 or higher you have the option to play the white tees. If you are currently set to play the blue tees and qualify to move up and want to do so, please reply to this email or call the golf shop to let a team member know. We will make the change and adjust the course handicap to reflect the tees you will be playing.
Frost Delay Possibility

With the expected overnight weather conditions, there is a possibility of a frost delay in the morning. If necessary, play could be delayed by up to one hour. We will evaluate course conditions early and communicate promptly should a delay be required. Please keep an eye on your email prior to heading out.
Breakfast & Beverages

The Ironwood Bar and Restaurant will open at 8:00 AM for breakfast and cocktails. We invite you to come early, grab a bite, and get settled in before heading out to your starting holes.

The Oak Tree Cup will be played Oct. 3rd & 4th this year. Please mark your calendars.

Thank you again for participating in today's Ice Man Open and kicking off our 2026 MGA season with a great event. Had some great golf played today and want to congratulate our Net and Gross Champions. Shooting a Net 60 (-10) was the team of Kyle Maguire and John Cook and this year's Gross Champions edging the Maguire/Cook team by one shot with a Gross 61 (-9) was the team of John Roberts and Jim Nashert.
