85 days ago, this guy calls me and says he wants to lose 30 pounds in 90 days. I told him it would be hard, but if he did everything right, it was possible. 85 days later he has lost 60 pounds! Shout out to his dedication and sacrifice, it’s really paid off. Not only does he look amazing, he’s much healthier and he’s added years and years of quality to his life. When everyone else is taking the easy road, he put in the hard work, learned how to make adjustments to his diet and in record time, completely changed his life for the better.
