Memorial day means sacrificing a little bit of our comfort in remembrance of those who have everything with a MURPH challenge. This crew CRUSHED the 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 squats and another 1 mile run. Everyone have a safe and fun day off! 🇺🇸 ☀️

Dieting shouldn't mean starving yourself. Sure, you need to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight, but eating half an apple and a glass of water for dinner is not only miserable, but also ineffective. Instead, eat whole foods that will help keep you full and satisfy your body.
Avocados and nuts are great foods that are loaded with healthy fat, and will help keep you full longer.
