Pelvic girdle pain is one of the most miserable pains of pregnancy and while it may not be completely avoidable for everyone, there is so much we can do to improve it or at least not make it worse!
SPD or pelvic girdle pain is a very complex issue and has many layers to it. You should always talk to a pro to help you get to the bottom of it and address the specific needs of your body.

I’m hosting a pregnancy fitness class focused on alignment and core/ pelvic floor awareness to prepare our bodies for the rest of pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
This class will be part workshop and part fitness class so that you can take what you learn into the rest of pregnancy and set yourself up postpartum success.
I’m a certified trainer and pregnancy/ postpartum corrective exercise specialist with additional training in postural restoration. I believe that tight hips, backs, etc don’t have to be a part of pregnancy and I’d love to show you how to manage all the changes to your body with movement.
Location is All Fit Collective in Edmond and the cost is $120.

There’s so many misconceptions when it comes to heavy lifting during pregnancy.
Some say avoid it completely, others say continue on as long as you feel good. But when pregnancy hits and everything feels different what does that mean?
Here’s a quick start guide to deciding if heavy lifting is right for you during your pregnancy and what you can do to give yourself the best chances of continuing what you love throughout your pregnancy.
There’s much more nuance to this question and you should always check with you provider before partaking in exercise.

Surprise!! We’re expecting!
We are so excited to announce that we are expecting the arrival of baby #2 in September.
What does that mean for MOMFIT training programs?
1. Private Training
Private training will continue as usual until mid to late August. Training will resume in November.
2. Postpartum Return to Exercise Program
We will resume this program in November 2024.
3. Pregnancy Fitness Program
What better time to coach a pregnancy fitness program than when you’re pregnant?!
The next pregnancy fitness class will begin in June. I’d love to have you there to move our bumps together.

4. What if I want to continue training while you’re on leave?
