Grief is universal. Loss touches each of us and is felt in both the mind and body. Grief Yoga offers a gentle, compassionate ritual to acknowledge your loss, release tension, and reconnect with love. In stillness, we begin to notice the quiet ways love remains.

You are invited to honor your grief in a supportive space. Through a blend of breath, mindful movement, and sound, you will have the opportunity to begin—or continue—your healing and gently ease feelings of loneliness.

This class is open to all levels. All that is required is the ability to move from the floor to standing, and a willingness to be present with whatever emotions arise.

Seven months ago these seven beautiful humans stepped into YTT as students, curious and courageous. Today they graduate as teachers, and we could not be more proud. Watching each of you grow in confidence, depth, and heart has been one of the greatest gifts of this journey.

Every one of you brings something unique and meaningful to the practice and to the world. Your voices, your perspectives, your compassion, and your willingness to show up again and again embody the true spirit of abhyasa, the steady and devoted practice. That commitment is what has made this group so special. We could not have asked for a more thoughtful, supportive, and inspiring circle of souls to walk this path with.

Today we celebrate the teacher that has awakened within you. 💫

And we honor the promise that the most powerful teachers are the ones who never stop being students. ✨
