This is what Saturday mornings look like.
Not a concrete run club (we’re not about that).
Just people showing up, doing hard things together, and laughing the whole way.
This is the Prevail Trail Run Club. Every Saturday. 8am & 10am start times at Arcadia Lake.
New to trail running? Doesn’t matter. We have a 1.5 mile crew and a 3+ mile crew. Come as you are.
