HISTORY AND LEGACY MADE TODAY!!!!

Today was our Kickboxing Belt Promotion Ceremony, and it was another special and historic promotion ceremony as we promoted our first Adult Black Belt in Kickboxing, paving the way for others to follow suit and try to accomplish, in Coach after 6 years of hard work, effort, and sacrifice!!!!
•
We also promoted two new Jr. Black Belts in Coaches Kaizen Smith and Colton Thompson!!!!
•
This promotion ceremony was unlike any we’ve had so far!!!! The cheering from the team for each promotion, the support, the camaraderie, you couldn’t help but smile being in this room!!!!
It was incredible!!!!

Congratulations to all who earned new rank today!!!! Very well earned and well deserved!!!!

And now, we begin the new work this week!!!!

Professor Karl teaching some excellent guard smash-passing techniques in last Tuesday night’s Adult All-Ranks Jiu-Jitsu class!!!!

Tuesdays are a great chance to learn from some of our other instructors!!!! Be sure to check out Tuesday nights when you get a chance!!!!

Adult All-Ranks Jiu-Jitsu class last Wednesday!!!!
•
Adam Harris earned his 2nd degree on his Blue Belt!!!!
Adam missed testing as he broke a bone in his foot in a freak accident, and was able to do his make-up test last Wednesday in front of Professors and Karl, and he did a great job!!!!

Then Professor led a great class, and Adam was promoted at the end after some great rounds!!!!
•
Great work everybody!!!!

Adult All-Ranks No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu class last Tuesday led by Coach !!!!
•
Working on Butterfly Guard attacks and submissions!!!!
So much good workout in, and some really great sparring rounds at the end!!!!
Everyone is getting so much better!!!!

Absolutely incredible No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu seminar today from Professor , and a fantastic turnout!!!!
•
He taught some great concepts and strategies and techniques of guard passing and how to hold and maintain side control and mount once past the guard!!!!
He taught and communicated these concepts very clearly, and everyone left with a new found understanding and will be able ti implement both these techniques and ideas immediately!!!!
Could not have asked for a better seminar!!!!

Front Headlock and Triangles!!!! Not just techniques, but ideas and concepts and strategies of what you’re trying to accomplish with each position depending on how you want to approach the game!!!!

JIU-JITSU PROMOTIONS DAY!!!!

Today was an incredible day of promotions for our Jiu-Jitsu program!!!!
So many have been working so hard!! Staying dedicated, disciplined, and keeping a strong work ethic!!!!
They all had testing this past week, and it was a fantastic testing overall!!!!
Everyone did so well, and today we celebrated everyone’s hard work with some very well earned and well deserved promotions!!!!

We welcomed a new blue belt to our team in .tess.28, and two new purple belts in Coach and !!!!

Congratulations to all who got promoted today!!!! We are so proud of every one of you!!!!
