Goldfish Swim School – Edmond is a state-of-the art swimming facility dedicated to teaching children as early as 4 months how to swim. Goldfish prides itself on offering each parent and child a Golden Experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you enter a tropical oasis. Brightly colored walls, tiki cabanas and surfboard benches surrounding our island-style hair drying station border our pool, abuzz with the sounds of kids kicking and hands-on swimming instruction. At the pool deck, kids dive into an always-tropical 90-degree pool. In a class size of no more than 4 children to 1 swim instructor, children master the skills they need to be safe and confident in the water. Beginning as early as 4 months, children progress through a series of perpetual swimming lessons, graduating to higher levels of difficulty as swimming skills are mastered. Goldfish also offers special events like birthday parties, family swim, accelerated Jump Start Clinics and our Goldfish Swim Team, catered to swimmers who have completed the Goldfish Pro Level. Goldfish Swim School – Edmond is proud to help teach the children of great community of Edmond, OK how to swim and be safer in the water. To learn more, please visit www.goldfishswimschool.com.

"What if my child is scared of swim lessons?"
If your kiddo clings a little tighter before class, feels unsure about getting in or needs extra time before trying a new skill, you're probably wondering: Should I keep going?

Feeling nervous around something new can take time to work through.
That's why progress doesn't always look like swimming across the pool.

Sometimes progress looks like getting in the water. 💧
Putting their face in for the first time.
Trying the skill they said "no" to last week.
Or getting out of the pool saying, "I did it!" ☺️

Those small wins matter. With consistent opportunities to practice and support from their swim instructor, kiddos can work toward greater comfort and confidence at their own pace. 🧡

What small swim win are you celebrating lately?

Ever watch swim lessons and think, "Wait...didn't they practice that last week?" 👀
Yep, and there's a reason! 🙌

Those kicks, pulls, crab walks, breaths, and floats get stronger with practice. Consistent lessons give kiddos the chance to keep working on what they know while building the skills they're ready to tackle next.

So when you see your little fish doing it AGAIN (and again...and again 😅), know that repetition is helping turn practice into progress.🧡

P.S. Who can tell us the name of our octopus friend shown here? Bonus points if you can tell us why we included her! 🐙

🐠💙 CONSISTENCY MAKES WAVES! 🌊✨

Swimming isn’t just a summer activity—it’s an essential life skill that grows stronger with consistent, year-round practice! 🏊‍♂️💦 Regular swim lessons help swimmers build confidence, strengthen their skills, and continue making progress without having to start over each summer.

We LOVE seeing families who believe in the power of year-round swim lessons, and this family is a perfect example! 💙 Their commitment to keeping swimming a priority all year long is helping their swimmer continue to grow, learn, and thrive in the water.

🎉 Congratulations to our friend Cody on his recent MOVE-UP! 🎉🏆

Cody, we are so proud of all your hard work and progress! Keep swimming, keep learning, and keep making those waves! 🌊🐠

This October, we're celebrating IMAGINATION! 💭✨

Because before a little fish can say, "I did it!" sometimes it starts with imagining, "I wonder if I can..." 🧡

Whether they're dreaming BIG, discovering something new or seeing just how much they're capable of, we love watching kiddos turn possibilities into proud moments.

Here's to a month of imagining what's possible, and making waves along the way! 🐠🌊

Parents ask us all the time:
"When should we start thinking about water safety?"
Our answer?
Probably earlier than you think.
Water confidence isn't built in one lesson.✨
It's built through consistent experiences, trusted routines, and families who make water safety part of everyday life.
Because every confident swimmer starts somewhere, and every journey begins with a single splash. And the most important people behind that first splash? You. The one deciding that today is the day you sign your little one up for swim lessons.🐠🧡

One day, they won't need you to zip up their jacket.
One day, they won't reach for your hand before every new adventure.
One day, they won't ask, "Are you watching me?"

But today they do. 😊
So celebrate the bubbles.
Cheer for the tiny victories.
Soak in every high-five.
Because the little moments you're living today often become the memories you'll (and they'll) treasure tomorrow.🧡
