Another great W to end the day yesterday!! Lost a tough first game, learned from our mistakes, and came back stronger to get the W for game 2 against Middle Park 💪So proud of the perseverance and growth mindset of this team!

Ellie Rella set a personal pitching record, only giving up 1 walk out of 119 pitches thrown! Malia Francis-Lau earned her first player of the game, going 3-4 at the plate and making some amazing plays at 3rd base!

What a night for Battle Mountain softball last night!! We made history in so many ways!!!

- Played our 1st games on our new home field
- 1st win on our home field (a walk off win!)
- 1st win against Meeker in BMHS softball history
- 1st home run in Battle Mountain history (Harper Anders)

Player of the games were Addison for her incredible blocks behind the plate for both games and 🥎💕Harper Anders🥎💕 for 1st home run and the walk off hit to win game 2!!

So proud of this team and their commitment to each other! Let’s go dawgs!!
