Stopped in to check out the 6 AM crew this morning.

Art earned his first degree on his black belt, while Beau and Ryan both received their brown belts. Adam was awarded his blue belt.

This amazing crew trains together Monday through Friday, showcasing a special commitment to getting up early and pushing themselves before the workday begins.

We also ran Adam through his first gauntlet to break in his new blue belt.

Awesome Classes Last Night at 609!

Thanks to Ivan for leading the 5 PM basic class. He taught some great passing techniques that I’m excited to use.

Dylan took over for the 6:30 PM NoGi class and continued the passing theme.

Looking forward to seeing everyone on the mats again!
