Pay: $16.00–$30.00 per hour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

What You’ll Do
As one of our coaches, you’ll be the heartbeat of our program:
* Lead engaging classes that inspire confidence, discipline, and growth
* Mentor our awesome students, helping them excel in athletic performance and character development
* Support community events, school programs, and competitions
* Be a positive role model that students and families can look up to

What We Require
For Full-Time Positions:
* Black Belt or close to achieving Black Belt in any recognized martial art
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work Monday–Thursday, 1:00–8:30 PM, and some weekends
* Passion for martial arts, athletics, and youth development
* Desire to grow into a larger leadership role within the company
For Part-Time Positions:
* Martial arts experience is preferred but not required
* We are willing to train and teach the right person
* Must be energetic, dependable, coachable, and great with kids
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Willingness to learn our martial arts curriculum and teaching systems
