You can make massive changes in your body in just a few months without sacrificing all of the things you enjoy. Will you need to cut back in some things? Probably. Do you need to eliminate them entirely? Absolutely not.

Finding a way to sustainably reach your goals is crucial, so that you don’t fall back into those old habits. This is why following a plan that can improve and change your lifestyle is so beneficial!

This is what I enjoy helping people do, because they are so surprised that they can enjoy life and feel better without suffering the way they think they need to. You can do this, it just takes the proper plan to get you there. Message me if you’d like to talk about where you’re at with your health, and I’d love to see what I can do to help you. Even if it’s not working together directly, and just helpful advice. 💪🏼

Are you happy with where you’re at with your health and fitness? If you aren’t, are you confused as to what you should be doing to change that?

I’ve got good news for you. The things you need to do to change that, are simple. The “bad” news is that although it’s simple, it can be hard to implement and stay consistent with.

You hear about all of these hacks that can get you the “body of your dreams” in 30 days or “take this supplement to take off 20lbs”.

These either don’t work in the first place, or aren’t sustainable. What you need is to learn is ways to accomplish these goals that don’t make you feel miserable, and allow you to live a life you enjoy.

It’s simple, but so many people get it wrong. Eat low calorie dense foods, exercise and stay active. Recover properly.

The even better news is my programs teach you how to do all of these things in a way you can enjoy, and see progress. If you’ve wanted to make these changes in your life, the best time to start is now!

PLEASE stop starving yourself. It is not going to get you to where you want to be.

Please stop doing “diets” that are so restrictive you can’t do them for more than a couple of months.

Wouldn’t it be helpful if there was a way to diet and actually enjoy the process without feeling starved all of the time?

Sounds crazy, but there are absolutely ways to lose body fat without suffering along the way. You CAN enjoy it, and you should!

There’s no reason to keep yo yoing between dieting and eating whatever you want. Find a plan that will allow you to eat that way year round, which is exactly what I preach.

You can lose weight. You can be happy. You can feel confident. Keep going, and if you need help along the way, or help starting, send me a message and let’s talk about how you can do this too 👊🏼

You won’t change your body slaving over cardio equipment and starving yourself.

Most of the people I have worked with have come to me and said a few specific things: 1. I want to lose weight so I’m doing cardio every single day. 2. I’m trying this new diet because I want to lose weight.

This may elicit change for a few months or if you have a lot of willpower, even a couple of months. Most people will regress back to where they started.

These methods aren’t sustainable. Wouldn’t you rather be doing something that will create real change, that will last?

This is why working out, having the right “diet” for YOU, and remaining active in ways you enjoy is so much easier to remain consistent with.

This is why I prioritize those things exactly: ensuring you’re working out effectively for your goals, eating a diet that you can enjoy more than those hyper restrictive ones, and staying active for your own health.

We hit all cylinders this way, improving your health, getting you to your dream body, and teaching you how to eat foods you enjoy while losing body fat.

If this sounds good to you, shoot me a message. If you think this would help someone you know, get me in contact with them! Happy Sunday my friends 🚀🌎

Wondering how to lose some body fat and change how your body looks? Strength training and lifting weights will be your best friend 🏋🏻

This is what will change how your body looks as you lose weight! Now stay with me here while I explain.

Two people both weigh 200lbs w/ about 25% body fat (50lbs of fat). They both lose 20lbs. First off, both should be proud of losing that weight at all!

But one loses it while strength training during the process. They both end up 180lbs. One with 22% body fat, the other with 18% (estimations).

This means one will have 40lbs of fat mass, the other will have about 32lbs. The rest being muscle.

The reason one will lose more body fat, is because they are gradually maintaining/building more muscle in the process!

Not only that, but the one with more muscle, will naturally burn more calories at rest and during exercise because of the more muscle mass (assuming all other things are equal).

Not only that, getting stronger and lifting weights will do wonders for your mental health, your confidence, and your self esteem.

The message here: don’t neglect weightlifting in your fat loss journey! It will help you immensely!

Tired of not knowing how to lose that belly fat and build muscle?

This is the case with *most* of the population. There are a few reason why this is the case.

1. Too many “quick fixes”. People are looking for an easy way to do things, and companies have picked up on that and they push fat burners, spot reducing techniques, restrictive diets, etc. AKA, things that either don’t work or are not applicable to you as an individual.

2. People genuinely just don’t know where to START.

Usually it’s going through #2 that leads people to seek out #1.

How would you feel having a plan that focuses on your specific needs and helps you lose that body fat, while getting stronger?

Having a program set up to achieve those goals is what you need to take the guesswork out of the equation, and get you moving in the right direction toward your goals.

I will keep you accountable because I care about you achieving these goals you’ve been thinking about. Everyone deserves to go after what they want, and doing it effectively is where I come in.

With my coaching program, I can get you those results. If this is something that interests you, send me a message, or apply at the link in my bio.

One of the reasons people tend to fail, or at the very least delay achieving their goals, is because they beat themselves up for not sticking to the plan they’ve decided to follow.

I have a couple thoughts on this that have helped clients prevent it from happening, or allow them to bounce back and stay on plan after deviating from it.

The first one being: don’t be overly restrictive. Do not create a plan that isn’t sustainable for you. This is a recipe for falling off track and getting discouraged with yourself!

Instead, create a program you can realistically follow. It will require change and sacrifice, but not so much so that you feel overwhelmed by it.

Secondly, if you were taking a test, and got the first question wrong, would you decide to quit and just not take the rest of the test? I would hope not.

That’s what it’s like quitting because of one mistake. Instead, get back on track, and keep pushing forward. The only way you fail is if you quit and stop trying.

I hope this was helpful, as it’s something I’ve seen a lot of people struggle with!

Calorie tracking will hone in on your weight related goals whether it be to lose or gain weight. Consistent exercise on a daily basis will address your short and long term health, while increasing how many calories you burn everyday. Strength training/weightlifting will improve your confidence and have you feeling better about yourself and your body.

This is why I’ve identified these as the 3 main pillars to focus on when you have health and fitness goals for yourself!

Are there other ways to accomplish your goals? Absolutely. That being said, I don’t know of many that are as honest, and sustainable, as these 3.

Looking to lose fat/build muscle? This will work. Looking to feel more confident in your life/at work? This will help. Wanting to improve your general health and feel better better everyday? This will help with that too.

TRACK YOUR CALORIES! If you have a goal pertaining to changing your weight, knowing what you’re consuming will make it immensely easier to get to your goal and make adjustments when needed.

In 3 months I put on 18lbs, by focusing on implementing my 3 key pillars of fitness. One of which is daily activity and exercise (not exactly conducive to gaining weight, but definitely good for overall health), and another is tracking your calories.

Your ability to lose or gain will be determined by the amount of calories you consume and burn. If you have an idea of how much you need to eat to achieve those goals, it will take most of the guesswork out of the equation, and get you working toward the body you’ve always wanted.

If you’re busy in your work day, having a way to track how much you eat while you’re on the go and getting things done will make progress come more easily to you.

A lot of people say tracking calories is obsessive. Do you track your finances? If you’re smart, you definitely do, or at least keep a good idea of what your finances look like. Is that obsessive? No, it’s just a tool to ensure you’re on the right track.

I’ll be posting about the 3rd thing I focus on tomorrow, and it’s definitely my personal favorite! Keep a look out for that, and feel free to message me for more info on calorie tracking.

One of the 3 things I prioritize with clients in my 3 pillars of fitness is daily/consistent exercise. This doesn’t mean lifting weights in the gym, this just means moving your body!

Do you feel low on energy? Like you don’t have the right mindset to get through and make the most of your work day? This is one thing that can help to improve that WHILE getting you to your goals faster.

Get outside. Burn some calories, and enjoy yourself. Doing this on a daily basis will make you feel more energized, improve your mood, and thereby improve your confidence.

This can be as simple as 20 minute walk, or going on a hike/bike ride/run. Find what works best for you and what makes your days less monotonous!

Wouldn’t you feel better knowing you’re doing something productive for your mental and physical health, while doing something you actually enjoy? This knocks out 2 birds with one stone.

I’ll be making posts this week discussing what I identify as the 3 most important pillars when it comes to your health and fitness goals. Keep an eye out for those!

There’s nothing wrong with doing a “fad” diet if it happens to work sustainably for you.

That being said, for most people they are a bit too restrictive to remain on for an extended period of time.

This leads to weight loss, weight gain, weight loss, weight gain, and so on.

In most cases, you’re better off finding a personalized and individualized approach that you will be able to work with for a long time.

This may take some trial and error, but it will definitely help you to be happier and keep your progress for years to come.

If you’re looking for help in understanding what will work best for you, shoot me a dm or apply in my bio for coaching🚀

I am so much happier when I’m pushing myself toward the things that I want. Sometimes we get so comfortable with the status quo we forget how happy it makes us to actually tackle the goals we have for ourselves!

Do you want to feel and look better? Start working toward it! Instead of getting down on yourself for not having started, why not just... start? Starting today is way better than starting tomorrow, tomorrow never comes! It just becomes a cycle of starting tomorrow, next week, next month, etc.

Like I said at the beginning of this, I am happier and MORE fulfilled going after the things I want for myself. Whether it be in growing my business, getting stronger, I have noticed in myself and in my clients that we as humans feel better when we are working for something.

Is losing some body fat/building muscle and improving your self confidence something you want? I’m looking for people who want to make a healthy, sustainable change in their life so they can do all of those things!

Check out the link in my bio to apply for coaching, and let’s work together so you can achieve those goals as efficiently as possible.
