It’s amazing to see what the body can do in just a few weeks of working out 5X a week and sticking to a healthy meal plan. There’s only few pounds difference between these pictures but this is what happens when you get rid of bloat and inflammation by eating the right foods!

Cardio or weights to burn fat?🔥
Cardio burns the most calories in the least amount of time. For example: if you go run for 30 minutes, you’ll burn more calories in that time period than if you lift weights for 30 minutes. Sounds like cardio is the winner right? Maybe not👀
Weightlifting allows you to utilize progressive overload and constantly challenge yourself and your body. Weight training = increased lean muscle mass = higher metabolic rate = more calories burned over time.
While you will most likely burn more calories during cardio, weight training will keep that slow burn going all day long, leading to more sustained calorie burn. Muscle is more metabolically active, so the more you gain, the more calories you will burn throughout the day.
⭐️THE CONCLUSION: weight training is best for fat loss and building lean muscle, but cardio will help with weight loss, improving cardiovascular health, and “uncovering” the muscle you have sculpted. Incorporate both💪
