The annual RTS Pound per Pound Competition is returning on Saturday, November 7th!

The absolute number one thing people get wrong about group personal training is thinking they need a background in lifting or an elite level of fitness just to walk through our doors.
But here is the reality straight from Coach Gonzalo’s 12+ years of experience: You don’t get fit to come to RTS. You come to RTS to get fit. What makes our coaching world-class isn’t how we train athletes, it’s how we take absolute beginners and build them into confident, capable lifters in a matter of months.
We don’t do “one-size-fits-all” beatdowns. Every single workout is completely customized to your current level, your history, and your goals.

Can’t do a full squat yet? We adjust the depth or use a box.

This is what RTS Fitness is actually about. We don’t just train to get better at moving heavy metal inside four walls. We do it so we can conquer the incline without getting winded, protect our joints on the way down, and have the energy to enjoy the view at the top.

Most people think they hurt their shoulder lifting something heavy. But after 12 years of coaching, Coach Gonzalo has seen the real problem: Chronic Stress.

When you’re stressed, your body defaults to a “fight or flight” posture:
1️⃣ Your shoulders shrug toward your ears.
2️⃣ Your breathing becomes shallow (chest breathing).
3️⃣ Your traps stay “turned on” 24/7.

The result? Persistent knots, limited range of motion, and that nagging ache that won’t go away with a simple stretch.
