🌄 One more video of our instructor, Sam Chiang teaching Ba Duan Jin, a specialized form of Qigong.

We want to take the opportunity to thank those who were able to attend our retreat at Ben Lomond Quaker Center. This will be our school's last retreat at Ben Lomond Quaker Center as we focus on much smaller retreats going forward.

Our Wen Wu School retreats at the Quaker Center were always a way to bring people together. To enjoy learning new techniques, and to share healthy and delicious vegetarian food.

Please stay tuned for more workshops, classes, and lectures!

🏞 More photos from last weekend's retreat. This year is our last retreat at the Ben Lomond Quaker Center. We will host smaller, more integrated retreats going forward.

Our retreats have always been a positive force for connecting through shared information and educational workshops. Students have the rare opportunity to learn new movements and techniques, listen to intimate conversations with instructors, and enjoy the friendship with fellow practitioners.

Please stay tuned to new workshops at Wen Wu School, where we plan to bring you some of the workshops taught at the retreat.

🪷 Our 1st set Dayan Qigong classes are coming up!
In the past few years we separated our 1st set forms into two separate classes. Why did we do that? Because we found that many new beginners of DYQG needed more time and lessons on the 1st set. While we always recommend you practice at home everyday and take advantage of our free online/in-person classes, sometimes learning the entire 64 movements of the 1st set can be a bit overwhelming.

We decided to host 2 separate classes of the 1st set, 64 movements.
The first class - Class 1A teaches the first 32 movements.
The second class - Class 1B teaches the remaining 32 movements.

You might ask - but how do I take both simultaneously? Well, we do offer an entire 1st set class sometime in the fall season, so keep your eyes out for that newsletter or Facebook announcement!

*** Please note that you can still take both 1st and 2nd classes on different days/times. Be sure to register for both if you want to learn all 64 movements.

The 2 classes are excellent for beginners, or for those who want to refresh their understanding of Dayan Qigong.

For more information and how to register, please fee flyers or visit: www.wenwuschool.com

We hope to see you at our classes!
