Congratulations to the cast and crew of Murder on the Orient Express on their successful run and closing this weekend. We send our thank you to them and our wonderful audiences who attended this production. Our opening show of our 2022-2023 season was a wild ride and we are so grateful for all of those of you that chose to take the journey with us! We hope to see you all soon!

Tomorrow I can only offer one class starting tomorrow at 10am. This class is for all levels plus kids and family are welcome.
In exchange for this last minute adjustment I am going to offer class Saturday the 26th. Which is the Saturday following the Holiday. So plan to enjoy your Thanksgiving and come start burning it off with us after the Holiday.

In honor of Mestre's Galego Batizado graduation ceremonies this weekend we will only have one class from 10am to 11am. This class Saturday will be a joint class for both kids and Adults, so if you want to train please come join.

Learning to take a timeout from the physical to enjoy some of the other fruits of my labor with my kids. I’m a graduate student of UCLA, but I still bleed that Purple and Gold. When you play football for a University you don’t ever get to switch. Go Huskies! Back to Capoeira tomorrow.

You think you have a plan, you set your goals, and then the realness of life on earth takes over. We are only here to experience the beauty of God, unfortunately we humans tend to lose control of the manageable, while doing everything we can to deplete the earths resources.
Now, for the first time, I get to experience what so many Californians have experienced-the possibility of evacuation and the ever looming threat of losing your home to wildfire.
Yet, nothing is set in stone, but our Saturday only Capoeira class. It’s still on and that won’t change unless God deems it so. See you there unless the universe chooses otherwise.
