This group here is just one example of the great people that have made Bios what it is throughout the years.

Since 2012, there have been many different people who have walked through our doors at Bios and they have all contributed something unique in making it into the supportive and kind community that it is today.

This Tuesday December 31st, we will hold our final workouts at Bios at both the 6am and 8am classes. If you have been a part of the Bios family at any point we would love to have you join us.

Here are 6 ways to stay full LONGER!
1. Eat protein + vegetables at every meal
2. Look for foods that are high in fiber
3. Stay hydrated (80 ounces minimum) throughout the day
4. Choose complex carbohydrates like oats, whole grains, or quinoa
5. Pick healthy fats such as avocado, eggs, or nuts
6. Add ginger, cayenne pepper, or wasabi to your food.

When setting a goal, you may have heard of the SMART Rule.

The same applies to your New Year’s Resolution. Don’t let the idea of one resolution for the entire year dazzle you into creating an overly complicated plan that you’ll eventually feel overwhelmed by.
