Mastering the Squat: Top Tips for Perfecting Your Form! 🏋️‍♀️💪

Want to improve your squat form and maximize your gains? Here are some essential tips to nail that perfect squat technique! 🌟

Start with Proper Foot Placement: Position your feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly turned out. This stable base sets the foundation for a solid squat. 🦶✅
Engage Your Core: Activate your core muscles throughout the movement. A strong core provides stability and protects your lower back. Keep it tight and engaged! 💪🔒

Keep Your Back Straight: Maintain a neutral spine throughout the squat. Avoid rounding or arching your back, as it can lead to injuries. Focus on a proud chest and straight back alignment. 📏🚫
