Yoga is not only great for the mind but also for the body. Here Brent and Statira will take you through some great stretching excercise for running. Notice how your body feels afterwards and how clear your mind opens up as well. This will allow your body to get the full benifits of your excersise experience.

Allow me to introduce our two guides on this yoga journey. Brent and Statira have both been certified as bonified instructors after lots of training followed by getting certified while in Costa Rica. They are both combat vets and know all too well the struggles we go through as military and First responders. Thier desire to give back to those who do so much for others is present in thier everyday lives. Thier message of hope and healing will definitely be an inspiration for many to experience.
