Our Story
CARDIO DANCE: this is a 60 minutes class that features Latin Dance with an international zest to increase your cardiovascular endurance while toning & sculpting your body. If you love to dance, try out this class! (Beginner to Advanced).
YOGA: This class consists of a series of postures timed with breathing techniques to increase strength, balance and flexibility. Yoga strives to bring the mind and body into harmony with each other. Yoga not only helps you increase your core strength, flexibility and balance, but also helps relieve and reduce stress. This class also sculpts long, lean muscles. (Beginner to Advanced).
BOOT CAMP: This 45 min class utilizes resistance bands and hand weights. This class gives you an incredible cardiovascular and muscular endurance workout. Your cardiovascular system will be challenged as you move around.
ABS ON FIRE: This 20- minute express class will sculpt & tone your entire abdomen. (Beginner to Advanced).
MUSCLE FUSION: This 30- minute class is designed to shred your fat and define your muscles. Transform your body through higher reps and lover weights, combined with cardio sport intervals with a bonus surprise to maximize your results! (Beginner to Advanced).
EBT: A circuit style, athletic conditioning class that will take your limit. Incorporating, Busu, Steps, resistance bands, Soviet Union motor skills exercises among others you will see maximum results. Increase your strength, power and cardio capacity.
STEP-N-FUSION: This class will give you an incredible cardiovascular and muscular endurance workout.
Your cardiovascular system will be challenged as you move aver, around, & behind the step. Resistance bands, hand weights, and/or weighted bars will be utilized to sculpt your muscles. Space is limited (beginner to Advanced).
CARDIO: This 30 min class will increase your cardiovascular endurance and will take you to your limit. Incorporating cardio machines equipment and amount other cardio exercises that will be challenged as you move around.
