The City of El Paso, Texas - Municipal Government City Council today proclaimed December 12, 2023, as Armando Rodriguez Day. The honor was given to Board President Rodriguez in recognition of his election as the first El Pasoan in more than 25 years to be elected president of the Texas Association of School Boards.
