Feels like I gained all the lbs back today.
The fat picture is about 70 lbs heavier than my lightest. 😲
(Working out H.A.R.D. 6–7 days a week… but eating like s #!t)
Wish I had more or better pics to show you, but I would never take pics or would hide it very well under huge shirts. 😉

Tienes problemas? Esto es para ti:
Estaba con mi papá hace unos meses y me dijo:
"Te veo muy flaco... ¿Es por el ejercicio o traes muchos problemas?"
La realidad es que traía mil y un problemas que ni me imaginaba cómo resolver… pero mi respuesta inmediata y sin pensar ni un segundo fue:
"Papá, los problemas me la pelan!"
Desde ese momento se ha vuelto uno de mis lemas en cuanto a problemas, y ahora muchos de mis clientes se han unido y lo hemos adoptado como triunfadores que somos. Ganadores, no rajones! 💥

● Los únicos que no tienen problemas están mu***os (en paz descansen). Los problemas son señales de que estamos vivos.
● Los problemas de los cuales nos estresamos muchas veces son solo inconvenientes. Problemas reales son cosas mayores, no las tarugadas de la vida diaria que nos roban la calma.
● Los problemas traen una lección o regalo envuelto en ellos. Aunque a veces la envoltura parezca basura… Desenvuélvelo y descubre el regalo que se esconde ahí dentro.
