Yoga for the Holidays Susana has 20 years of study and experience in healing practices, including plant-based medicine, sacred sound, quantum healing, craniosacral biodynamics, and Reiki.

Who would be interested in a 4 week Yoga Series, beginning next Sunday November 24-December 15th. Classes will most likely be 10:30. Participation $65. Raise your hand 🙋‍♀️ or leave a comment!

Yoga in the Park Fall 2024, Series 1 Amanda's light hearted style of teaching is her own interpretation of Hatha and Vinyasa with modifications offered and props utilized for all abilities.

Tonight may have been the funnest evening ever at the park. I have a soft spot for special needs souls and this one wandered up to our class tonight and it down his basketball and did Yoga with us!

Then my daughter and her boyfriend and my Grand puppy Remi showed up at the beautiful sunset.

Life is so good….✨
