SLAM • RUN • REPEAT

We offer a variety of class styles here at SLAM El Paso, and today we crushed a SLAM RUN REPEAT class!
What is it?!? ⬇️
A mix of running (or walking) and strength training, with more running/walking than our usual classes!

WHY?? ➡️To give our mother runners a chance to push themselves and work on speed intervals, AND give our “learning to love running” mamas a chance to practice *fun* running, AND give our pregnant or newly postpartum Moms a chance to get a few more steps in their day (and some low impact cardio!)!
Walking is ALWAYS an option, and as long as you show up, we’ll be cheering for you! 👏

SLAM CAMP IS BACK! ☀️ (in one week!!)

Beginning on June 8th, we’ll have a fun activity for the kids after every.single.class!!! ALL SUMMER LONG!
From crafts & the splash pad, to field trips and exploring, we’re gonna do it ALL!! 🤩

We worked through a unilateral set and a long EMOM with lotsssss of wall sits, and these ladies crushed it!

Coach Sarah’s “specialty class”😉 is a fast paced conditioning class COMBINED with music bingo! It’s sure to be an hour full of fun and sweat- don’t forget your dancing shoes!

Memorial Day SLAM 2026 🇺🇸

Today we dedicated our workout to three American Heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom, USAF Major David Grey- KIA 8.8.12, US Navy Seal Jon Tumilson- KIA 8.6.12, and USAF Captain Ryan Hall- KIA 2.18.12.

We also had an empty board for our members to write the names of other heroes we wanted to honor with this workout. It was a powerful reminder that freedom isn’t free, and war is not a thing of the past.

The physical pain we felt during this tough workout is nothing compared to the pain that the families of these heroes feel every single day. We are endelessly grateful for their selfless sacrifice, and we hold their families and loved ones close to our hearts today, and every day. 🇺🇸
