Student of the week!
Congratulations to Grace! Confidence doesn’t appear all at once. It’s built in moments where it would be easier to get distracted, but Grace chooses to stay engaged and keep trying. Every time she makes that choice, she’s proving to herself that she can do hard things, and that kind of confidence reaches far beyond the dojo.
You rock Grace!πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

Student of the week!
Congrats to Ever who has consistently choosen discipline when it would be easier not to. Showing up in uniform, working hard, staying positive, and remaining focused through difficult moments says a lot about the kind of habits he’s building long before anyone sees the results.
You rock Ever!πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Yellow belt earned. 🟨

Annaliesse, Erika, Shelby, Jose, and Morgan all showed what real progress looks like. Not perfection. Not easy wins. Just showing up, pushing through frustration, learning to stay consistent, and choosing growth even on the hard days.

For adults, earning a belt means something different. It means making time when life is busy. It means walking in tired and training anyway. It means proving to yourself that you’re still capable of hard things.

Proud of this group and everything these yellow belts represent. πŸ‘Š

Congratulations to Tawanda on his promotion to yellow belt in Kung Fu San Soo! πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ
Tawanda earning his yellow belt is about more than progress on the mat. With a busy schedule and every reason to put training off, he kept showing up, stayed disciplined, and focused on the small details anyway. That kind of consistency matters far beyond the dojo because learning not to quit when life gets busy is a skill that carries into everything.
