Student of the week!
Congrats to Ever who has consistently choosen discipline when it would be easier not to. Showing up in uniform, working hard, staying positive, and remaining focused through difficult moments says a lot about the kind of habits he’s building long before anyone sees the results.
You rock Ever!πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Yellow belt earned. 🟨

Annaliesse, Erika, Shelby, Jose, and Morgan all showed what real progress looks like. Not perfection. Not easy wins. Just showing up, pushing through frustration, learning to stay consistent, and choosing growth even on the hard days.

For adults, earning a belt means something different. It means making time when life is busy. It means walking in tired and training anyway. It means proving to yourself that you’re still capable of hard things.

Proud of this group and everything these yellow belts represent. πŸ‘Š

Congratulations to Tawanda on his promotion to yellow belt in Kung Fu San Soo! πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ
Tawanda earning his yellow belt is about more than progress on the mat. With a busy schedule and every reason to put training off, he kept showing up, stayed disciplined, and focused on the small details anyway. That kind of consistency matters far beyond the dojo because learning not to quit when life gets busy is a skill that carries into everything.

Bob’s journey has never just been about weight loss. It’s been about choosing discipline on the days his mind tried to convince him to stay comfortable, stay home, or quit early. Over the last year, he’s lost more than 75 pounds, but the real transformation has been watching someone who already loved martial arts decide to fully believe in what he was capable of becoming.

That kind of consistency changes more than a body. It changes the way you walk through work, stress, setbacks, and everyday life. Bob is proof that when someone keeps showing up through the mental resistance, incredible things start happening long before anyone else notices them. πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Student of the Week!
Ellie had every reason to get distracted today, but she kept choosing to stay present and engage anyway. Little moments like that are where real confidence starts to grow, especially for kids still learning how to feel comfortable around others. You rock Ellie!
