The girls of the Fly HigHER STEAM Girl Academy partnered with iFLY El Paso for an interactive STEM Lab exploring terminal velocity, mass, surface area, and the science behind human flight.

And yes… they flew the tunnel THREE times. 😎

Earlier today, the Fly HigHER STEAM Girls Academy toured the Air Traffic Control Tower for an unforgettable behind-the-scenes aviation experience.

Special thanks to Cesar Cordero and Eunice Romero for showing the group how aircraft are tracked, airspace is managed, and takeoffs and landings are safely coordinated across the skies of El Paso International Airport (ELP).

From the control darkroom to the tower catwalk overlooking the city, the girls got a firsthand look into one of aviation’s most demanding and rewarding careers.

The future of flight is rising right here in the Borderland! 🚀

At the Wingman Rally, our community came together at the “Fueling Our Forces: Salute Station” by Marathon El Paso Refinery to honor the Army’s 250th Birthday, one handwritten message at a time, reminding our deployed service members that El Paso proudly stands behind them.

The Salute Station is currently located at War Eagles Air Museum and will continue to build momentum at the MSSG Amigo Airsho, with a mission to collect 25,000 postcards from students, families, and our incredible community. ❤️🤍💙

During the MSSG Amigo Airsho Wingman Rally, we had the honor of witnessing brave individuals take the Oath of Enlistment, a powerful commitment to service, country, and something greater than themselves.🇺🇸

Administered by Fort Bliss Garrison Commander, Col. Michael Soyka, the ceremony reminded us what leadership, sacrifice, and patriotism truly look like.

During our Wingman Rally, we proudly recognized Skybound Scholarship recipients Bernardo Ruiz, Grace Salas, and Sophia Salas, who are pursuing degrees in aerospace engineering or related fields.
