MEET CATHERINE...in her own words on how Raw’Fitness At Home has impacted her life!
“I have a friend who I was watching get fit everyday via FB.
I asked her one day what it was she was doing and to share her meal plan and routine with me.
Her response, all I did was join a local gym called Raw Fitness.
I looked into it and scheduled for a telephone consultation.
Silvia called me and we got started.
I have always been a very active person but as I have gotten older and had children the weight gets harder and harder to maintain.
And the COVID hit and the on post gyms were closed.
It was aweful.
Oh, and I am NOT a self motivated PT-er.
I can run all day, but when it comes to actual exercise, I needed a kick in the pants.
My motivation for getting and staying fit is tied to my mental and spiritual fitness.
I battle with anxiety and depression and working out gives me the release that I need to leave it all on the floor.
I used to just go run it all out, but after 18years in the Army, my knees are starting to give out on me so I had to make a change to my fitness routine.
Raw has really helped me so much! I LOVE the online LIVE workouts.
I can log in from anywhere and get it in.
There truly are no excuses.
It helps hold me accountable.
And the coaches are terrific!
I am excited for the day I can get an in person session in.
As for anyone out there who may be struggling, we are all in this together and physical fitness is the best release for your worries and troubles.
It really helps me clear my mind and focus.”
