At Rise Performance, we focus on the qualities that actually transfer to sport: strength, vertical jump development, speed, and neuromuscular training. Every session is designed to help athletes move more efficiently, produce more power, reduce ground contact time, and become more explosive on the field, court, or track.

Train with the highest jumper in El Paso history, a former Division I athlete and coach who has worked with 500+ athletes ranging from youth athletes to college competitors. Whether you’re preparing for volleyball, basketball, football, soccer, track, or any other sport, our goal is simple: help you become a faster, stronger, more explosive athlete.

Training Options:
• 2x/week (8 sessions) – $440/month
• 3x/week (12 sessions) – $600/month
• 4x/week (16 sessions) – $720/month
• 5x/week (20 sessions) – $800/month

We’re officially launching our first HYROX-style session this Saturday at Rise Performance.

This class is built around real work capacity.
Sled pushes, carries, rowers, skiers, runners, strength work, and engine building all blended into one session.

Whether you’re training for HYROX or just want to move and train like an athlete again, this is for you.

We’re continuing to build this place into one of the best training environments in El Paso. More equipment, more space to train, more ways to get better.

Third Rise HIIT session in the books.

Big jump in turnout this week and the energy keeps building. People are coming in, pushing themselves, and starting to see what this style of training is really about.

This workout can be one of the hardest in El Paso if you want it to be. High output, fast pace, pushing your limits. But at the same time, it’s built to meet you wherever you’re at. If you’re just getting started, you can scale it, move at your pace, and still get a great workout in.

That’s what makes it different. Same structure, different levels, everyone getting better.

Next week is the last free session. After that, it goes to $25 per workout.
