Just some basic arm wrestling training today, I did a heavy volume day 80% of max for 6 reps 3 sets top set and then I did a couple more sets of lesser weight
Worked on back pressure and pronated back pressure today, strength in four weaknesses one by one!

Kris Kringle pull 3 ๐ช๐
This was my experience at Kris Kringle pull 3, it was by far the best arm wrestling event Iโve personally been to. Major shoutout to and .crackd for organizing and putting on this event, extremely grateful to have guys like Travis who love and care so much about this sport and his local community to bring an event like this alive and in Southern California.
I entered with just my left arm into the 232 lb weight class, I knew the competition would be fierce and I refuse to cut weight so I knew the likely hood Iโd be able to be competitive was low ๐
but I wanted to at least compete a little and I managed to hold a guy for a more than a second so Ill take that as a win haha. There was only 3 guys in my class so I once again received a default medal, I have like 7 medals at this point all of them are basically participation trophies for me๐ I got to get in a lot of after pulling and meet and see a lot of guys that I havenโt seen in a while so that all makes it more than worth it. The super matches and pulling was all extremely entertaining, Iโll forget remember this event and I pray theyโll be able to put on another Kris Kringle pull next year!! ๐ช๐
