The Morning Cup

Today's cup came out very nice. The milk texture was almost perfect to get those delicate lines.

I didn't let the steam wand heat all the way up today which gave the milk a more airy texture. Very velvety mouth feel but not quite right.

Today I got the crema just perfect but the milk was a mixture between standard 2% and Fairlife causing it to become thick a little too quick. Hence I got an excellent background but the leaf was anything but delicate.

A little wobbly this morning but still not bad. Soon I am going to have to step out of my comfort zone and try some challenging latte art.

Day two.
Last night I had steak tacos with nothing else on them but hot sauce.
Trying to figure out breakfast.

My beautiful girl is tired from the run

Nasty hotel powdered eggs mixed with some spicy chop from Rudy's. Not the healthiest thing in the world, but it sure does taste bad. I think I'm going to have to figure out some healthy food options until I get into my house.

Slow run, but my Garmin says I am now acclimated. We'll see Garmin.... we'll see.

Stats after the first run.

Day 1
Did a light run outside with Luna (my dog).
Less than 2 miles, but a start. Found some grass for Luna to do her business. Yes, I cleaned it up.

Day 0.
Tomorrow begins the journey...
