Stop Putting Dirt in Your Tank
Your body is an engine.
If you put dirt in a gas tank, the car won’t run. If you eat junk food, you will feel tired and weak.
Donuts and chips are not good fuel. They make you feel full for a minute, but then you feel hungry again.
You are not “just getting old.” You just need better fuel!
Eat real food like steak, eggs, and greens. It will give you the spark you need to keep up with your kids.
