Why try Rocket Yoga? Rocket Yoga is rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, but with a more playful and accessible approach. It’s a practice for anyone who feels ready to deepen their yoga—not because they need to be “advanced,” but because they’re curious, open, and willing to grow. If you’ve been practicing yoga for a while and feel like you’re no longer being challenged, Rocket may be the next step. It offers structure, alignment, discipline, and a step-by-step way to explore stronger postures, transitions, and new possibilities in your body. And the best part? You don’t have to already know how to do advanced poses. You just have to show up, be willing to learn, and have a good time.

Our Rocket instructor Jesse makes the class fun, accessible, and encouraging, so whether you’re looking to build strength, confidence, mobility, or simply shake up your practice, this class is worth trying.

Come play. Come learn. Come elevate your practice. 🚀

There is a creative archetype within each of us — the part that imagines, moves, listens, reshapes, and sees possibility where we once saw only limitation. In this creative archetype themed class, we’ll move through a fluid, expressive flow designed to awaken inspiration in the body and open space in the mind.
Through breath, movement, and intention, we’ll invite creativity to rise again — not as something we force, but as something we remember.

For the moments when life feels flat.
For the places where we feel stuck.
For the part of us ready to see solutions where we once saw problems. Come move, flow, awaken, and reconnect with your creative
Come join us.

Leadership is not just strategy, performance, and decision making. It is also nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and the ability to stay grounded under pressure. Entrepreneurs and leaders carry a lot: responsibility, uncertainty, people, vision, finances, and the constant pressure to keep moving forward.

That is why mental health matters in leadership.

A human centered leader understands that people are not machines and neither are they. To lead well, we must learn to pause, breathe, listen, recover, and respond from clarity instead of stress. Because when leaders care for their own inner world, they create healthier outer worlds for their teams, businesses, families, and communities. Human centered leadership begins with remembering the human in the leader, too.

Same time , same day but just new format! Join Monica for chakra-based class designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect with the subtle energy of the body. Through a fluid asana practice, we’ll move energy through the spine and body while exploring the chakras through color visualization, guided meditation, breathwork, and vibrational tones.

Each chakra invites us to bring awareness to a different part of ourselvesgrounding, creativity, confidence, love, expression, intuition, and connection. This practice is not about “believing” in energy.
It is about feeling, noticing, breathing, and becoming more aware of where we hold tension, emotion, and vitality in the body.

Come move with intention.
Come breathe with awareness.
Come experience the body as a pathway back to balance.

Mental health is not about having perfect days. It is about learning how to come back to yourself, one breath, one pause, one moment at a time.

Your first response maybe … postures. True but one of the deepest truths from yoga philosophy is know thy self- connect to Self. To do so we must listen. Svadhyaya means self-study or self-inquiry. It is the practice of observing yourself honestly: your patterns, reactions, emotions, habits, inner tension, and the places where you may be out of alignment. The moment we stop rushing past our tension and begin to listen. Anxiety, frustration, or restlessness may not always be something to silence. Sometimes they are signals from the body, asking us to pause and come back into alignment. Yoga gives us the space to notice:
What am I feeling? Where am I holding? What part of me needs attention?

The Magic of When we pause, breathe, and become still, the nervous system begins to soften. The brain has a chance to shift out of constant reaction and into awareness. The mind becomes less noisy. The body feels safer. The breath becomes a bridge back to the present moment. Stillness helps us notice what we’ve been carrying: tension, emotions, thoughts, patterns. Not so we can judge them, but so we can finally hear them. In yoga, stillness is where integration begins. The movement opens the body.
The breath clears the mind and stillness allows everything to land. This is the magic of stillness:
you don’t have to force clarity. You create space, and clarity begins to rise. Come back to your breath. Come back to your body. Come back to you.
