We had an awesome family out with us today! We went down to Jurassic Park looking for a big girl for but unfortunates only missed one Spearfish. As we were working the wall on the way back towards the 500fa, our stinger came down! Here, 11 year old Hayes putting in work! He gained all the line back, relentlessly keeping it tight until Mini was able to grab leader. Congratulations Hayes! You’re the man!💪🏽🔥

Making Dreams Come True! With a week filled with young junior anglers, it almost seems one grom just out does the next! This young man right here is River Hansen. He just impressed the hell out of and I. He battled and won against a formidable fish for anyone, much less a 10 year old. Not only was this a tough fish, but an angry ocean made things even more of a challenge. We had his dad assisting with the rod to make sure that “clipped-in” young River’s butt stayed firmly planted in that chair. As River fought the fish, we coached a bit as I maneuvered the boat to help him as much as I could. He did EVERYTHING we asked of him and ultimately the day was HIS! Congratulations young River! You did an OUTSTANDING job! That’s a fish of a lifetime buddy! .lures
